“Sculpture Now”群展苏黎世开幕

“Sculpture Now”群展近日在苏黎世Eva Presenhuber画廊展出。包括马丁·博伊斯（Martin Boyce）、乌尔斯·费舍尔（Urs Fischer）、道格拉斯·戈登（Douglas Gordon）、弗朗茨·魏斯特（Franz West）、奥斯卡·图阿松（Oscar Tuazon）、特丽莎·唐纳利（Trisha Donnelly）、乔什·史密斯（Josh Smith）在内的27位艺术家参加了这次群展。

在一根将近有35米长的链条上，马丁·博伊斯挂上了20个大小不同、灯笼一样的物体，每个物体之间的间距固定，颜色在红、蓝、黄之间切换。道格·阿提肯（Doug Aitken）的作品“NOW”奇妙地将图像和文字结合到了一起，词语的含义被那三个字母反射到观众眼中的图像阐明了。一直以来，安吉拉·布洛克（Angela Bulloch）的作品总是以使用了控制系统及秩序准则的运作为特色。布洛克在这场展览中展出了作品“RYBW Three Speed”，这位艺术家利用了布里奇特·莱利（Bridget Riley）的画作“White Discs II”的结构。“White Discs II”粗看上去就是一张白纸上有一些黑色的圆圈；仔细观察的话，我们会发现三个不同大小的黑色圆圈像是系统地被排列起来一样，而事实上艺术家在创作时是没有任何计划的。“RYBW Three Speed”采用了这种结构，使四个不同颜色的发光球体按照三种不同的节奏排列。玛丽亚·艾希霍恩（Maria Eichhorn）在近几年对“艺术运作体系”所作的概念性分析在展出作品“Bags With Packets”中明显地表现了出来。这件作品由两个大口袋组成，里面装满了各种小盒子，它们中的一些是从当地居民那收集而来的，以此探索了艺术家的工作与时间和地点的联系。
